Hosted redownload policy v1
A one-time purchase includes authenticated hosted downloads of the named release
and available corrections for 24 calendar months from the payment timestamp in
UTC. If the corresponding day does not exist in the ending month, the period
ends at the same UTC time on that month's last day. Save a local backup promptly.
Future editions require a separate purchase. Files already downloaded remain
licensed after hosting ends, unless the order is fully refunded or reversed.
Corrections to the purchased release remain included without an additional
charge. After the hosted period, and until seven calendar years after the UTC
payment timestamp, you may request an available correction to that purchased
release through https://www.everycityintheusa.com/contact/. We will confirm
purchase ownership and that the order was not fully refunded or reversed, and
check any legal restriction on the files. If the corresponding day does not
exist in the ending year, the correction-request period ends at the same UTC
time on that year's last day of the corresponding month. This does not include
future editions or promise perpetual self-service hosting. Deleting your account
ends hosted downloads but not these correction requests or the refund window.
Hosted access for an order ends after a full refund or payment reversal of that
order. Unrelated purchases remain unaffected. We may temporarily suspend hosted
access to protect account security, and may withdraw a file where the law
requires it. If a suspension or withdrawal prevents access promised above and
we cannot restore it promptly, we will deliver the files another lawful way or
provide a full refund of the order on request. Refunds include associated tax
and follow the 30-day money-back guarantee's payment-method provisions, including
a lawful alternative with your agreement if the original method is unavailable.
This access remedy is separate from, and does not shorten, the unconditional
