If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund by 23:59:59 UTC on the 30th calendar day after the UTC date of payment. No reason is required. Downloading the files does not make your purchase ineligible.
Request your refund through our contact form at https://www.everycityintheusa.com/contact/. Choose Other and include your purchase email and the order or receipt number from your payment provider. A request submitted within the 30-day window remains eligible if we process it later.
We refund the full remaining purchase amount and associated tax through the payment provider to the original payment method. We do not deduct payment-processing fees from your refund. Amounts already refunded are not refunded again. If the original payment method is unavailable, we will arrange a lawful alternative with your agreement.
A full refund or payment reversal ends future download access and the license granted by that order. Please stop using and delete the refunded or reversed package files and any copies. Analyses you already published may remain. We cannot remotely delete files. A partial refund does not end the license or download access. Unrelated purchases and rights independently granted by the underlying public-domain data sources remain unaffected.
Ending hosted download availability does not shorten the 30-day refund request window.
