United States cost-of-living and rent benchmarks: named-release license v1

This license applies to the named release purchased under the activated offer.

Your one-time purchase permits you and people working within your organization
to download, retain and use the named release for personal, research and
business analysis. You may publish derived analyses, aggregate results and
charts with attribution to the sources and Every City in the USA. Do not resell
or redistribute the Every City workbook, documentation or compiled package, or
publish a substantially equivalent bulk download of the compilation.
The underlying published HUD rent
benchmarks, BEA regional price statistics and OMB geographic classifications
retain their public-domain status in the United States. This license does
not restrict rights independently granted by those sources.

Future editions are sold separately. Corrections to the purchased release are
included without an additional fee. Hosted downloads follow the separately
approved hosted-redownload policy; expiration of hosting does not expire this
license for files already downloaded. Refunds and mandatory legal rights follow
the separately approved refund policy.

HUD rents are program benchmarks, not current asking rents or a
guarantee of benefits. BEA regional price parities are relative price levels,
not inflation rates or individual household budgets. Rents retain the applicable FY2026 or FY2027 values and effective dates
recorded for each area or ZIP. A published FY2027 value is not necessarily in effect.
BEA indexes refer to 2024. Native geographic areas and cross-state records
are retained. The tables are not a complete United States
postal directory or city-level cost-of-living measurements. No source agency
has endorsed this compilation. No rights to agency logos, third-party works
or underlying licensed microdata are granted.
National scope covers the fifty states and D.C. HUD native areas and ZIP/area
pairs, with BEA native regions. Puerto Rico and other territories are excluded
from this national rent product. Absent state metro/nonmetro BEA partitions
are explicitly documented as not applicable, never invented or zero-filled.

Keep the supplied source citations, limitations, missing-value definitions,
confidence intervals and geographic qualifications with published analyses.
No rights to agency logos or third-party materials are granted. No source agency
endorses this compilation. NMajor Studios LLC operates Every City in the USA.
