How does the sample relate to the full package?
Sample rows come from the full release, with the same columns and workbook sheets. Sample documentation describes its scope and selection. The sample is for inspecting the files, not a representative statistical sample.
How should I read the numbers?
Missing values are recorded, never set to zero. American Community Survey figures retain their published margins of error. Nothing here predicts market performance. Read the methodology and source files before comparing estimates.
How is this different from the free CSV?
The Oregon population list is free. This package adds Oregon demographics, an Excel workbook, field definitions, uncertainty and missing-value documentation, and support.
Is there a national package?
The national package covers every state and Washington, D.C., plus Puerto Rico demographics.
